Corporate events project manager, Tallinn

We are looking for a project manager with experience in corporate event planning to join our team in Tallinn. You will be responsible for leading a team supporting corporate clients in a variety of sectors, whose local and international ambitions you will be able to guide and support. Our client list includes eg Asian Development Bank, Eesti Energia, Mindvalley, United Nations and numerous startups in different continents.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a corporate events project manager you will be leading an in-house team and managing project teams responsible for planning and executing a wide range of events.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a person that is punctual, organised and systematic, would like to gain experience with international projects, and is able to work independently and in a team. Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus and creativity always gives extra points!

We expect you to have at least 3 years of experience in event planning and project management. Fluency in Estonian and English is necessary. Having a driving licence and the possibility of using your car is also a plus.
