OBJECTIVE & INSIGHT
The objective of the Ette Coach program was to support the managers’ transformation from task-focused specialists to people leaders, who have solid skills for leading both themselves and others. On top of that, the aim of the program was to help the managers in turning the Etteplan values – customer-oriented, proactive and attractive – into daily behaviors in their teams.
Miltton created a program that focused on improving employee experience and team work, as well as on what impact personality, motivation, and neuropsychology have on our performance.
SOLUTION & SUCCESS
In the years 2017-2018, six two-day trainings were held for about 160 managers. They were conducted in Finnish, Swedish and English. Key components of Ette Coach were working with WorkPlace Big 5 -personality profiles, improving communication skills and hands-on coaching exercises.
