Formue – private banking – The APP

CASE:

Formue is the one of the leading private banks in Norway and have, with a good margin, been top-rated bank by the Kantar Sifo Prospera survey during the last couple of years. In 2018 the margin to the competition became narrower and Formue felt that, in-order to keep their prestigious position, they needed to step up their game.

CHALLENGE:
Traditionally Forume have had a close contact with their clients and face-to-face meetings have been the way to conduct business. But as the world changes and expectations on always-on and on-demand access to information increases even a traditional business must step into the digital arena.

INSIGHTS:
New Fin-tech start-ups are popping up like mushrooms all over the world. Their offer is not necessarily better than traditional banks but their way to visualize data, give transparency and easy access to all their services are more in line with the modern way of thinking. Hence Formue needs a banking app.

RESULT:
The 2019 Kantar Sifo Prospera survey for customer satisfaction in the private banking sector resulted in the top position in 12 out of 13 categories for Formue.
