What we offer
Miltton’s paid six-month Trainee Program in Helsinki is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience at one of the fastest growing consultancies in the Nordics. We offer responsibility from day one and the chance to work with clients across all sectors of society.
This year, we are especially looking for applicants interested in project management to join our teams working on annual and sustainability reporting projects. In addition, we are offering a few trainee positions focused on PR and media relations, creative social media content production, influencer marketing and showroom work, public affairs, and investor relations. The number of open positions is approximately 10–15.
What we’re looking for
We welcome applicants from a wide range of backgrounds – your attitude matters more than your education or previous work experience. The qualities we value include:
• Proactiveness, initiative and a strong willingness to learn
• Attention to detail, thoroughness, and problem-solving skills
• The ability to take responsibility and keep things on track
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel – or the ability to learn quickly
• An interest in sales – previous sales experience is considered a plus
• Experience in writing, editing, and proofreading in Finnish, English and/or Swedish is a plus
• An understanding of sustainability, capital markets or societal issues is considered an asset for some of the positions
Due to the nature of our client projects, most of our trainee roles require fluent Finnish skills.

Trainees typically work full-time with us for six months, starting in October. The starting date is negotiable – please let us know in your application if an earlier or later start would work better for you.
We have flexible hybrid working practices, meaning remote work is possible. However, due to the nature of the Trainee Program, we encourage you to immerse yourself in the working community at our Helsinki office. Some events and tasks – such as onboarding and certain project or client meetings – will require in-person attendance. Please note that our trainees receive a monthly salary of EUR 1,500. APPLY HERE.
