MISSION:

mySafety has a strategic goal to transform a classical sales-oriented organization into a modern company which has Customer Success as priority. Key initiatives for achieving this is:

  • Create One mySafety to get everybody strive for the same goal
  • Create an Analytical Culture to set a mindset were data and facts makes for good decisions
  • Transform the communications and sales into a digital and datadriven process – creating a modern way of meeting the customers’ demands.

Miltton helps mySafety with strategic advice, ongoing analytics & marketing automation together with performance media.

CHALLENGE:

Keeping sales volumes up during transition towards the new datadriven approach that will meet the expectations of modern consumers.

INSIGHT:

Both old tech infrastructure and the organization when it comes to ways of working needs to develop hand in hand.

STRATEGY:

With a set up roadmap mySafety takes incremental steps, one of the first were to gain full customer insight. Which sets the baseline for datadriven development.

UNIQUE APPROACH:

With a cross functional approach, including insourced resources from Miltton, the core team drives change.
