OBJECT: To build a reliable, trustworthy, but innovative and forward-thinking brand for a new kind of construction company.

INSIGHT: To stand out from the competition, traditional construction companies, we positioned the company as a curator of city living. We came up with a new kind of vision for a good life as well as a higher standard for attention to details, sustainability, and fluent living.

CREATIVE: Newil&Bau builds for the next century. To communicate Newil&Bau’s fresh ideas and vision in name, logo and visual identity, we combined aesthetical traditions and trends of architecture, interior design, and art – with a hint of luxury, but without forgetting fun and approachability.

SUCCESS: With just three locations on the market so far, the new company got off to a flying start with positive press for both Insinööritalo and Lehtisaaren Torni. The apartments on sale are flying off the shelves, too.
