Stora Enso recently renewed its corporate brand and wanted to update the company employer brand accordingly. The aim was to bring together the renewed corporate brand and Stora Enso’s employee value proposition.Together with Stora Enso, Miltton planned the concept, key messaging and visuals, crystallising the employee value proposition and targeting both current, as well as potential employees.
The work included slogans for internal and external use, online banners, fair materials and recruitment ad templates as well as guidelines for writing ad texts. Images of Stora Enso’s employees were used in the materials with the view to creating an authentic approach. The new concept was well received.
