Terhi Koipijärvi to join Miltton as a Senior Advisor

The consultancy Miltton has appointed Terhi Koipijärvi as a Senior Advisor. She will start in November and strengthen the strategy and sustainability expertise.

Terhi is a forerunner in strategic corporate responsibility, with over 30 years of extensive international experience in expert and leadership positions. She will join Miltton from Metsähallitus, where she has worked as Director of Communications, Strategy & Responsibility. Prior to Metsähallitus, she has held corporate responsibility leadership positions at, for example, Stora Enso, and she is currently a Metso Outotec Board Member and Chairman of the Board at FIBS, among other positions.

“Companies need even more comprehensive sustainability advisory that is at the core of their business strategy. Miltton has a strong drive to raise sustainability consulting to a new level. I am excited to collaborate with Miltton’s knowledgeable experts and interesting clients and hope to bring in new insight from my own competency to help lift the company to the next level,” Terhi says.

Sustainability expertise has long been a cross-cutting theme in the whole of Miltton’s service offering and making it more comprehensive serves the needs of our clients even better.

“It’s a pleasure to have a professional like Terhi, an advocate of long-term strategic corporate responsibility, join our growing team. Stakeholders, without exception, examine sustainability goals and actions when evaluating their attitudes towards organizations and their targets. Miltton’s strength lies in knowing our clients’ operating environment and in advisory based on it. Now Terhi’s exceptional experience in building and implementing sustainability roadmaps for organizations can be utilized by our clients,” says Antti Salomaa, Managing Director of Miltton’s operations in Finland.
