Design Drivers

  1. The Masters of Microsoft

Microsoft expertise is taken to a new level – Netox is positioned as Finland’s most self-assured Microsoft expert by bold and strong key messages and visualization.

  2. Uniting three worlds

Combining three different businesses into one coherent entity, where the parts function separately and together, was the key idea behind the new website.

  3. Showcasing top players in the field

Netox’s MVPs are brought a step closer to users. They are highlighted through expertise-focused blogs, quotes, interviews and career stories. Personality, boldness, and attitude on display!

Elevating brand identity and user experience

In order to help Netox achieve their ambitious growth goals, we set out to refresh their core messaging and visual identity in a way that reflected the company better. At the same time, we re-designed their website from scratch, with the aim of improving Netox’s cross-sales opportunities and delivering a better user experience for all, both the admin users and the end-users of the website.

Collaborative, agile process ensures success

The website process began with workshops to identify the main user groups and their motives for using the website. After aligning these with Netox’s own goals for these groups, we created a clear concept and structure for the site, with information hierarchy and user journeys that deliver the impact intended. We also defined 3 key design drivers that would direct all future design work on the website. After the overall composition of the website was crystallized, we designed structures and functionalities for all the main pages, created content plans for them and proceeded to write texts for the website. To showcase Netox as an interesting employer, we interviewed several people in different positions and crafted intriguing career stories out of these – all of which are easily accessible from the careers section of the website.

Website that lives

The whole idea of Netox’s website is bringing the dynamic way the company operates to life. To achieve this, we’ve used several different content types that the admin users can benefit from when updating the site. The renewed website, with its ever-growing amount of interesting articles, blogs, career stories, webinars etc create a foundation on which all future marketing activities can be easily built on. Like Netox itself, the new Netox.com evolves constantly.
