Miltton New Nordics

One of main our strengths here at Miltton New Nordics is diversity – we have people from different walks of life and from very different backgrounds, from ecologists to lawyers. This is also reflected in our ability to help our clients across the old and new Nordics (you may also know the latter as the Baltics) and beyond.

Best creative thinking, communications and influencing in the Baltics

Our cross-border way of working means putting our heads together with experts in every country the client is looking at or is already in, to offer our best possible expertise. We plan together, building on best practices and experience in our home markets. But we entrust the execution of the plan to people with local business and cultural knowledge, language skills and networks in the capitals of all our home markets.

We always look for the best ways to help achieve our clients’ goals in each market.

You’ll find Miltton offices in Helsinki, Stockholm, Tallinn and Riga, as well as in Brussels, Kyiv and Washington DC. We cooperate with partners in Vilnius, Warsaw and Copenhagen daily. We are used to thinking beyond our country borders and we are ambitious – globally.

Our range of skills and tools supports our clients in the global marketplace and helps them to become relevant, responsible members of society.

Case: Zero Terrain

Multidimensional advisory for global renewable energy storage frontrunner

Zero Terrain offers a groundbreaking solution for renewable energy storage – a vital part in enabling the green transition while lowering energy prices and providing security. Miltton’s work with Zero Terrain began with public affairs, laying the groundwork for their flagship project Energiasalv – energy storage solution powerful enough to supply all Estonian households. In collaboration with Miltton Group, we expanded into rebranding, creating a cohesive brandbook, bringing Zero Terrain and their flagship project Energiasalv into one brand. To bring together all participants of the renewable energy market and state shareholders in Estonia, Miltton also held a two-day hackaton. During the COP28 conference in Dubai, we offered support in communiations, social media, as well as continuous PA support.

Case: Helmes Latvia

Increasing Latvia’s competitiveness in the ICT sector

In Latvian public discourse, there’s a tendency to emphasize the advantages and achievements of other countries like Estonia in terms of digitalization and ICT development, even though Latvian companies are also competitive. IT company Helmes Latvia intends to alter this narrative by showcasing the international competitiveness of Latvia’s ICT industry, and we were pleased to support them on their mission. We created a strategy of highlighting successful case studies and projects, as well as presenting research and future trends in both the private and public sectors.

Case: 4 percent for defence

A campaign to get Lithuanian politicians to sign an agreement on defence spending

Western military and government officials agree that Russia might test NATO’s resolve in the next 3-8 years. First and foremost, in the Baltics. That’s why we set out, together with Lithuania’s largest businesses, to create on initiative of our own – a campaign to get politicians to sign an agreement to reach 4% of GDP on defence spending. For this purpose, we launched a national media, PR and public affairs campaign.
