Miltton House is in the heart of Kallio’s historic factory milieu, offering convenient access from the city center.

Event space Tori
On the first floor of Miltton House, you’ll find our event space called Tori, which can accommodate up to 600 people. Tori easily transforms from an impressive seminar event to an intimate cocktail gathering or a sit-down dinner for 220 attendees. Additionally, you have access to 8 meeting rooms, a workshop space, and a charming inner courtyard as needed.
Full-day rental (8 hours): starting from 2,800€ + VAT
Evening events are priced separately.

Event space Offsite
At Offsite, you can host exclusive dinners and cocktail events with style. The space is also perfectly suited for workshop sessions or meetings with its adaptable workstations and sofa areas. The space has direct access to three separate meeting rooms.
Full-day rental (8 hours): starting from 1,500€ + VAT (Evening events are priced separately).

Courtyard
The Tori space on the first floor of Miltton House has direct access to a large inner courtyard, which can be rented weather permitting. If needed, the terrace can be covered with awnings or other structures.
Stage
Stage is a professional video and photo studio, which also doubles as a space for workshops or other events for up to 50 people. The floor area is 103 square meters, and the height of the space is 3.25 meters.
For additional space and functionality for your event, you can combine the STAGE with the nearby VIDI meeting room and coffee lounge area to create a cohesive and functional space.

Our partner Haikala Catering creates thoughtful and tailored menu packages for your event, serving fresh and distinctive flavors prepared with passion. They offer modern, casual, and high-quality dishes made from the best seasonal ingredients.
Haikala believes that food is more than just nourishment: good food brings people together to enjoy around the same table. That’s why Haikala aims to provide customers with culinary experiences where flavors, aromas, and visual presentation blend in a delicious way.
Our premises are licensed for serving alcoholic beverages.

Technical production and support
Our basic equipment includes the standard technical setup mentioned in the description of each space. We charge separately for technical production management, including sound system setup, speaker support, dismantling, and transportation.
We can provide you with a separate quote for event technology such as mood and effect lighting, lighting consoles, or DJ equipment.
