Project overview

Miltton facilitated a concise and systematic process to recalibrate the strategy. The work began with an analysis of key phenomena and change drivers, and their implications for the sector and members. The process included two leadership team strategy workshops and one all-staff strategy workshop.  

Highlights

  1. The analysis of change drivers was conducted collaboratively using Miltton’s INCLUS platform. The assessment focused on the existential impact of each driver and Finanssiala ry’s potential role in anticipating and influencing these changes.  

  2. Concrete objectives and actions were derived from the most significant external change drivers to address the needs of the sector and its members.  

  3. The updated strategy strengthened Finanssiala ry’s ability to prioritize advocacy efforts, support industry development, and communicate a clear value proposition to its members.
