Hycamite is a deep and cleantech company that employs its disruptive proprietary technology to efficiently split methane into low-carbon hydrogen and industrial-grade solid carbon. Received status as EU supplier of critical raw materials required taking a critical look at the strategy. What we did

After being granted a status as an official EU supplier of critical minerals in 2025, Hycamite needed to revisit its strategy and ensure it becomes more tangible for employees, creating shared understanding around what Hycamite does and reinforcing the importance of commercial focus alongside research strengths.

Miltton planned and facilitated strategy workshops with the leadership team to crystallize the implications of the CMR status to Hycamite’s strategy and operations. The leadership team was also coached to create a joint strategy narrative and equipped with tools for on-boarding the operational teams to the strategy. Miltton then facilitated an all-personnel strategy day, where the operational teams defined their ambition and role in making the strategy happen.
