Swedish multinational engineering company Sandvik chose Miltton as its new agency partner for their 2024 annual report. The report summarized a year where Sandvik, despite market instability, showed strong profitability and a solid cash flow. Miltton’s aim was to build on the existing solid reporting foundation, while further developing the report’s format and functionalities. Miltton was responsible for design and layout, input on report disposition, language review of the full report, and project management from planning to publication.

Format and functionalities at the core of the task

The report design is based on the elegant yet modern visual identity of Sandvik, combining the Group’s identity elements with informative visualizations to create a distinctive and consistent brand experience. Chapter introduction pages – new in this year’s report – enhance clarity and improve the reading experience, while also adding to the visual impact. The horizontal 16:9 format makes the report easier to read on screen, while still working well in print.
