Canatu – Annual report 2024

Miltton became Canatu’s reporting partner in 2024. This was Canatu’s first annual report after a combination between Lifeline SPAC I Plc and Canatu Finland Oy. Canatu is listed on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland.

Executive summary

Miltton was responsible for the report’s visual design and implementation, layout work, and project management. The annual report was produced in two languages – Finnish and English, except for review part which was produced only in English.

In addition, Miltton helped with sparring and consultancy with structure and content of the report including providing advisory from the perspective of capital markets and investor relations communication. We also collaborated on Canatu’s Financial Statement Bulletin using the Workiva platform and assisted in compiling the investor presentation.

Design

The entire report’s design and implementation were done on the Workiva platform. Miltton implemented a style guide for the platform based on Canatu’s brand guidelines, which works in all upcoming reports on the platform.

Result

The result was a clear and concise report which reflects Canatu’s visual guidelines. Canatu was extremely satisfied with the result, the smooth process and Miltton’s versatile services.

As this was our very first Annual Report, we were looking for a partner who could guide us with clarity and confidence — and Miltton delivered. Their flexibility and smooth collaboration made a complex process feel manageable. The team helped us implement the Workiva reporting platform while keeping the big picture front and center.
