Ylä-Anttila brings with her exceptionally broad experience in strategic leadership, media, and communications.
She served as CEO of Yleisradio from 2018 to 2025 and, prior to that, as Editor-in-Chief of MTV from 2001 to 2018. Over the course of her extensive career, she has built wide-ranging networks and a deep understanding of public affairs, security of supply, and collaboration between the public and private sectors.
Currently, Ylä-Anttila also serves as Chair of the Board of Kulta ry, the central organization for the arts and culture sector.
At Miltton, Ylä-Anttila will support clients and expert teams particularly in strategic communications, crisis communications, and navigating the evolving societal landscape.
