Niina Rantti will be responsible for building, developing and expanding Miltton’s versatile strategy offering that combines strategy with sustainability, scenarios and geopolitics, AI and research. In this role, Niina will collaborate closely with Miltton’s other leaders and experts across these areas to ensure clients receive forward-looking, impactful solutions.
In addition, as newly appointed Director, Sustainability and strategy, Niina will be strongly growing our sustainability business and team. Niina will contribute as a senior consultant and growth-oriented leader, helping us shape Miltton’s future.
Niina joins us from EY, where she served as Associate Partner and Head of Climate Change and Sustainability Services. Her experience and vision will be invaluable as we continue to support clients in navigating complex strategic and sustainability challenges.
Eeva Taimisto, who has been running our sustainability business for three years, will now fully focus on leading the international growth of our sustainability business offering.
