Miltton served as a strategic partner to Intrum in the development of the Annual Report 2025, a key report following the company’s recapitalisation, renewed strategic direction and updated brand platform. The report needed to communicate Intrum’s updated strategy and investment case to key stakeholders. Miltton supported the process with a new report structure, investor focused messaging, advisory on key texts, sustainability reporting, design and project management. The result is a focused and strategically relevant report that also helps set the tone for Intrum’s renewed brand. 

Shaping a report for a year of continued transformation

Following the recapitalisation, Intrum’s Annual Report 2025 needed to communicate the company’s renewed direction clearly and credibly to key stakeholders, especially investors and analysts. Miltton supported this by planning a new report dispositionand advising on key sections to ensure the report communicates both strategic direction and financial rationale.

Miltton also designed the full report during an ongoing brand renewal process, helping define its visual direction and contributing to the tone of Intrum’s renewed brand. In parallel, Miltton project managed the entire production through weekly meetings, close coordination and continuous updates in the project platform, enabling a smooth and efficient delivery.

Supporting Intrum’s first CSRD-aligned sustainability report

The Annual Report 2025 also marked Intrum’s first CSRD-aligned sustainability report – a significant undertaking that placed new demands on structure, content and quality. Miltton supported Intrum with benchmarking, content advisory and quality review, helping to strengthen the sustainability section and support a robust and relevant report for the new regulatory landscape.

Miltton also planned and produced a digital summary for LinkedIn, extending the full report’s key messages into a clear and engaging social format.
