Miltton supported the work with content and structure advisory, benchmarking, design, support for sustainability reporting, project management and digital extensions. A new investment case section was introduced to better serve investors, based on benchmarking carried out by Miltton.
The visual concept was refreshed through the use of new brand imagery in key placements such as the cover and chapter pages. Visual elements including the value chain and the transition plan waterfall helped make complex information more accessible, while the annual report long page was further developed into a more dynamic format with interactive elements.
Miltton also produced a digital summary of the Annual Report for LinkedIn and Telia’s website. The summary was also displayed on office screens are Telia’s headquarters in Stockholm. By adapting the report’s key messages into channel specific formats, the summary extended the report’s reach and made its most important content more accessible and engaging.
