Despite having grown into a trusted provider of specialist IT consultants for long-term R&D projects, Softability’s brand and visual identity had remained untouched for years. It was no longer aligned with the company’s purpose, nor did it reflect the value of the organization for its own people and as well as its clients.

Recognizing the need for a complete transformation, we began a thorough rebranding process designed to uncover Softability’s uniqueness and create a fresh, unified identity.

Through close collaboration, we created a compelling strategy communicated through a brand promise and key messages.

Working together with Softability’s Head of Marketing was crucial, as it allowed for a more iterative approach to shaping the brand strategy. Instead of relying on multiple workshops, we held regular one-on-one sessions to refine the direction and wording of the strategy. This ensured that it remained aligned with internal ambitions and expectations. 

Visual identity

The new visual identity embodies Softability’s core values and introduces a fresh take on communications. The redesign included everything from the logo and color palette to the brand imagery and illustrations. The identity was designed keeping its first and foremost application in mind: the website. It not only enhances the user experience but also gives a glimpse into what working with or at Softability is all about. 

Website

The redesigned website brings the Care Beyond Code promise to life through a seamless blend of functionality and design. An intuitive layout and user-friendly navigation create a smooth experience that highlights the redesigned visual elements – modern typography, a cohesive color palette, and dynamic imagery.

With the new visual identity and website base, Softability could create content and page sets that truly reflect the renewed brand. The result is a site that brings the brand to life and strengthens Softability’s position as a trusted partner in R&D software development.
