Executive summary
Sunly had grown beyond the Baltic States into Poland. To continue progressing as a cohesive group, they recognized the need to integrate the local organizational cultures. At cross-company summer days, we established concrete behavioral agreements and later formulated Sunly’s values based on these.
One of the key initiatives for cultural integration was training nearly all employees on feedback skills. Sunly also initiated leadership training programs aimed at developing both leadership skills and a shared understanding of leadership quality across the organization.
